Schulich ELC is #94 on the map (sector E7). It is close to the East entrance (York Boulevard), i.e., on the right-hand side of the map. The on-campus hotel, the welcome reception, and the dinner venue are in this location.

The conference venue is the Schulich ELC, which is located on 56 Fine Arts Rd, just South of the Subway stop "York University". For information about transfer from Pearson International Airport and for the location of the conference please consult this page:

The subway stop "York University" is very close, #100, much more convenient than the other stop towards Vaughan ("Pioneer Village" #101). It is marked on the map also as a 1 in a yellow circle, representing Toronto Subway Line 1 which connects to the North to the city of Vaughan, and to the South to downtown Toronto.

Garage parking is available at #84, but it costs CDN$ 20/day, and requires to follow these instructions:

Here are the step-by-step instructions for ELC guests parking in the Student Services Garage using the HonkMobile app:

  1. Download and install the HonkMobile App from your device's App store
  2. Sign up for your free HONK account with an email address, mobile phone number and license plate
  3. Click on Enter Zone ID and search for Zone ID "ELC"
  4. Select the time you want to park for, confirm your information and hit Pay
  5. HONK will notify you by text message 15 minutes before your parking time expires
Participants who were chosen to have student residence accommodation: Tatham Hall is #52 in sector B6. North-central at McLaughlin Rd. This is a 10-minute walk.

Food courts are available in #24 York Lanes, and also #23 Student Centre, which are across to the North from the conference venue, i.e., one can walk across the open space called "Harry W. Arthurs Common".
